We spend too much of our lives in scrubs to hate wearing them.

Clover began with a question: why can’t healthcare workwear feel like clothing healthcare workers would voluntarily choose to wear? Most of us change out of our scrubs the moment we get home. That says something about the clothes, not the people wearing them.

So we’re rebuilding workwear from the inside out — around comfort, fit, thoughtful function and natural-feeling materials. Waistbands that stay put. Pockets placed where hands actually go. Necklines and sleeves borrowed from the clothes you’d wear on a day off.

We’re starting with the fabric. Many modern performance scrubs rely heavily on synthetic fibres. Clover is exploring a cotton-rich, natural-fibre-first approach while retaining the stretch, recovery, durability and easy care healthcare workers require. These are development goals until the final textile has been tested.

Clover is a pre-launch brand in development. Nothing is for sale yet — the collection, the fabric and the fit are still being built, and the people who join our early-access list help shape them.
